Singapore Customs updated its ASEAN AEO circular to include Viet Nam from 30 June 2026. The arrangement recognises qualifying accredited businesses across participating economies, including Malaysia and Singapore, with facilitated clearance benefits subject to the relevant programme and declaration requirements.
