Storage is RM2 for 1 day, RM7 for 7 days or RM20 for 30 days, per accepted pallet. Standard handling is RM5 inbound and RM5 outbound per pallet, per movement. One pallet stored for 30 days with one receipt and one dispatch totals RM30, excluding transport, applicable tax and additional work.

These rates apply when storage is booked together with Twenty Logistics transport, subject to available space and cargo acceptance. We can coordinate domestic distribution or Selangor–Singapore trucking in either direction. Storage-only requests need a separate quotation.

For an accepted, intact pallet with forklift access, inbound handling covers unloading and placing it into storage; outbound handling covers retrieval and loading. Each inbound or outbound movement is charged separately. Additional handling or work on individual cartons is quoted separately.

We count calendar dates, including the arrival and departure dates. Arrival and departure on the same date count as one day. Each pallet is billed for its own uninterrupted stay; a pallet that leaves and later returns starts a new stay.

We apply the lowest-cost combination of 1-day, 7-day and 30-day packages that covers each uninterrupted stay, even if a package covers more days than you use. Storage for one pallet is RM9 for 8 days, RM20 for 19 days or RM22 for 31 days. Handling is additional; the monthly option means 30 days.

The published offer covers intact, forklift-accessible pallets of dry, non-dangerous goods. Pallet dimensions, loaded height, gross weight and packaging must be accepted in your quotation. Oversized loads, loose goods, temperature-controlled or regulated storage need a separate suitability review and quotation.

Transport and applicable tax are additional. Manual carton loading or unloading, picking, repacking, packing materials, insurance and other additional services are outside the published storage and standard handling rates. Send the goods description, pallet quantity, dimensions including loaded height, gross weight, storage dates, and collection and delivery locations. For staged releases, include the quantities and timing of each dispatch. We will confirm availability, charges and receiving and release instructions before booking.
